We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data fairly, lawfully and transparently, in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
When you contact us through this website, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number and the details of your enquiry, solely to respond to you and, where you ask us to, to provide our services. Our lawful basis for processing this information is your consent and, where you become a client, the performance of our contract with you and compliance with our legal and regulatory obligations.
To receive and handle enquiries sent through this website, we use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) as our email and communications provider, acting as a data processor on our behalf under a written agreement. Your enquiry details are transmitted to and processed by Brevo for this purpose. Brevo is based in the European Union; where any personal data is transferred outside the UK, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.
- We will only use your information for the purpose for which you provided it.
- We will not sell your personal data, and we will only share it with the processors described above or where necessary to provide our services or to meet a legal or regulatory requirement.
- We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services and, once our relationship ends, for a minimum of six years to meet our regulatory and record-keeping obligations, after which it is securely deleted.
- You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time.
Changing your cookie choices

Complaints
We aim to provide the highest standard of service, but if you are ever unhappy we want to know. Please contact us in the first instance; we will acknowledge your complaint promptly and do everything we can to put things right.
If we cannot resolve your complaint within eight weeks, or if you are unhappy with our final response, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service, a free and independent body that settles disputes, at financial-ombudsman.org.uk. You normally have six months from the date of our final response in which to do so.
If we are unable to meet our obligations to you, you may be entitled to compensation from the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). The level of cover depends on the type of business and the limits that apply at the time; further information is available at fscs.org.uk.
